By accessing the MANOLOGICS website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3. Service description
MANOLOGICS provides voice, messaging, appointment, lead-routing, automation, and related customer-communication workflows. Specific features depend on the selected configuration and available third-party services.
4. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized communications; interfere with service operation; or attempt to evade consent, privacy, carrier, or platform requirements.
6. Communications and SMS consent
SMS messages are sent only under an applicable consent or other lawful basis. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Review our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
7. Appointments and third-party services
Scheduling and other functions may rely on third-party services such as Calendly and Vercel. Third-party availability, terms, and privacy practices may apply, and we are not responsible for services outside our control.
8. AI-generated responses and human review
Automated and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Human review may be appropriate. Users should independently verify material business, legal, financial, medical, safety, or scheduling information when appropriate.
9. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, maintaining lawful consent records, reviewing configurations, protecting credentials, and using outputs appropriately.
10. Intellectual property
MANOLOGICS and associated materials are owned by Monkee Bizznus LLC or its licensors. These terms grant no ownership rights beyond the limited right to use the services as agreed.
11. Availability and modifications
Services may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Monkee Bizznus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Monkee Bizznus LLC from claims arising from your unlawful use, content, instructions, or violation of these terms.
15. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, risk, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or legal requirements. Provisions intended to survive termination will do so as permitted by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Changes to terms
We may revise these terms and will update the displayed effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
